This is an exciting time for digital health. And I want to help.
I've been working on a lifetime project that talks about health combined with writing, and wellness
. Mostly because these are the things that I love the most, that I work with, things I'm good at, and things I want to pour into the world because I believe they're essential to us all. To pursue a better sense of life.
WHY AM I DOING THIS?
1. Because I truly believe that prevention is better than cure
to feel better and live a good life.
2. Because I want to prove why getting to know your own body
is your best bet and solution.
3. Because I want you to avoid having to go to a doctor (
unless it's truly necessary).
I'M ON THIS QUEST AFTER HAVING HEALTH ISSUES MYSELF
Issues I didn't know were an issue
in the first place, feeling clueless about how to tackle them after a while of not knowing. Most of them related to poor digestion
, poor hydration
, and poor physical activity
. As should come to no surprise, these would affect my body in many ways, ranging from allergies and migraines to severe constipation.
While in this journey, not just as a doctor during the last decade, but also as a human being trying to feel better, I've been able to understand so many common health issues from our modern world
. Issues that despite being quite obvious, many times we all fail to asses, even as doctors, because they seem so basic that we ignore them. And guess what? We're doing it wrong.
THIS IS HOW I'M FIXING THIS
We all need to go back to basics and get them right.
We need to relearn how to sleep better
, eat better
, move more
, hydrate more
, and we'll soon discover how our life will improve in every sense. Is most likely that so many modern day health issues can be prevented and/or tackled before hand if we did some tweaks to our lifestyle and daily habits
. Which is exactly what I want to help you with.
IN THE BIG FUTURE?
I'm now focusing on creating ways to spread the life hacks to beat stress, feel better and stay healthy.
But most of all, to help you improve your habits and stick to them. This is the key to long-term health and wellbeing!
